At Ambient we offer customers in the U.S. and Canada a 30-day money back guarantee on all flooring orders and we are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your floor you may return your order within 30 days of purchase following the conditions set forth below. Rules & Restrictions
- We strongly recommend that you read our "How-To" Return Shipping Guide if you would like to ship any items back under this policy to understand packaging requirements for return shipments.
- The order must be returned in its entirety, otherwise our standard Return Policy applies. Boxes that have been opened will incur a 5% restocking fee and items that are not in "as new" condition will not be refunded. Returns received 30 days after the date of receipt of product will incur a 20% non-negotiable re-stocking fee.
- You may contact your preferred shipping company to schedule pickup and shipping. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and please note that return shipping costs can often be much higher than the original shipping charges you paid. Delivery or shipping charges you previously paid will not be refunded.
- If the order was purchased using a debit or credit card, upon return or cancellation there will be a non-negotiable 3% fee deducted from the refund to cover credit card processing surcharges.
- This guarantee does not apply to clearance items, items that have been discontinued, special-order and custom-order items.
- You must inform us of the return prior to shipping it, so that we may provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions. All flooring boxes must be securely strapped and shrink-wrapped in order to avoid damage or loss during return shipment
- This offer does not apply to MSI brand flooring and moldings.
Once We Receive Your Return
Upon receiving your returned flooring order we will perform a quality control inspection. Items that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be refunded. Refunds are issued within 10 business days after the product has been received in our warehouse, via check, to the original delivery address unless otherwise specified by the customer.
